In conventional in-mold helmets, the shell and EPS core meet directly, forming a critical interface where impact forces can create complex stress concentrations. This is exactly where Head-Guard technology comes into play. Our patented reinforcement system is integrated directly into the EPS foam. It spreads impact energy across a larger surface area, increases tensile strength, and reduces the risk of penetration - without adding extra weight. The result: a helmet that is lighter than it looks and stronger than it feels.

The 360° ErgoFit retention system wraps evenly around the head - not just from the rear, but all the way around. A precision micro-adjustment dial allows stepless fine-tuning of the fit, while a three-level height adjustment and a four-position horizontal adjustment ensure the helmet sits exactly where it should.
