The crash replacement for your helmet

Even with the best precautions, accidents can happen. If your iXS helmet is damaged in an accident, you will receive a 40% discount code for a replacement helmet, which you can redeem in the iXS online shop. The replacement helmet will be the same model as your original helmet or, if your model is no longer available, the latest equivalent model.

Eligibility:

The damage must have been caused by an activity-related accident or impact. Helmets damaged due to improper use or misuse are not eligible.

  • The date of purchase must be within the last three years.
  • You must be able to provide photographs of the damaged helmet and a description of the incident.
  • List of eligible countries. For other countries, please contact your local dealer.

How to obtain your discount:

  1. Personal details about yourself, which will enable us to contact you.
  2. Details about your helmet, such as size, colour and a description of the fault. You can also upload a photo of your helmet here.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a 40% discount code for the iXS online shop so that you can quickly and easily obtain a replacement. Shipping costs are not included. Customs and freight costs may vary depending on the destination country.
