In conventional in-mold helmets, the shell and EPS core meet directly, forming a critical interface where impact forces can create complex stress concentrations. This is exactly where Head-Guard technology comes into play.

Our patented reinforcement system is integrated directly into the multi-shell MTB construction. It spreads impact energy across a larger surface area, increases tensile strength, and reduces the risk of penetration - without adding extra weight.

The result: a helmet that is lighter than it looks and stronger than it feels.

The Head-Guard is directly integrated into the EPS foam and increases both impact and tensile strength. It withstands even severe impacts, prevents structural collapse, and distributes the energy of minor impacts over a wider area.

Our ambition was to create a system that enhances structural integrity, while maintaining the same volume and achieving an optimized distribution of impact and absorption forces.

Rotational impact protection. Without sacrificing ventilation.

Conventional MIPS liners form a continuous layer over the EPS core - effective against rotational forces, but restrictive when it comes to ventilation. Mips® Air Node solves this issue.

Instead of a full liner, the system uses strategically placed low-friction pads that preserve airflow through the ventilation channels. The result: maximum rotational impact protection with maximum airflow.

Or simply put: your head stays cool - on every level.

The 360° ErgoFit retention system wraps evenly around the head - not just from the rear, but all the way around. A precision micro-adjustment dial allows stepless fine-tuning of the fit, while a three-level height adjustment and a four-position horizontal adjustment ensure the helmet sits exactly where it should. Wide strap dividers enhance overall comfort.

The FIDLOCK® SNAP magnetic buckle opens and closes with one hand - even while wearing gloves. The goal: a helmet you don’t have to think about once you’re on the trail.
