Production plants

   iXS is cooperating with selected, famous manufacturing companies and has formed long-term partnerships based on an intensive exchange of know-how. Like this we can assure that our demanding quality requirements will be achieved at any time. Our production partners have committed to follow all European standards. Corresponding certificates will be obtained for every shipment and are on hand.

Total quality management

   With our total quality management system and a strict production process control we make sure that we can provide a complete assortment of high-quality products. That our customers may fully rely on our products, the whole production flow from receiving materials to shipping is under continuous supervision: 

• Pre-production-checks: Before the production starts, the raw materials and semi-finished goods will be inspected.
• On-site inspections: To make sure that our clothing is made in clean, worker and environmentally friendly, sweat-shop free manufacturing and to ensure that the conditions of the factory have not changed. It is our request that the factory worker is never neglected or forgotten.
• Inspections during production: With rigorous control we make sure that all standard values can be kept.
• Final inspection: By piece by piece inspection every single product will be approved.
• Supervision of the loading of goods.
• Incoming goods inspection at our warehouses.

To ensure a smooth production process at our production plants in Far East, we have our own branch office in Seoul (South Korea).

We try our hardest that all iXS items are produced environmentally compliant. iXS asserts that during production we do not use AZO dyes, PCP’s and formaldehydes, all in accordance with the EU regulations.
